The service

HaveTML (havetml.com) hosts single-file HTML and Markdown artifacts so you can share them with a link, collect comments, and keep versions. Using the site, the API, the MCP server or the Chrome extension means you accept these terms. You keep ownership of everything you upload; you give us only the permission we need to store it and serve it to the people you share it with.

Founder offer — Pro free for the first 100

  • The first 100 HaveTML accounts to claim it get the Pro plan at $0.
  • One grant per account. It is not transferable, and it is not a Team seat.
  • The offer ends when 100 grants have been claimed, or when HaveTML ends it — whichever comes first.
  • Those 100 accounts keep Pro free. We will not start charging them for it. Anyone who signs up after the offer closes pays the Pro price at that time, which is $8/mo today.
  • We can change or end the offer at any point for people who have not claimed yet. Grants already given stay as they are.
  • A founder grant includes the paid capabilities: password-protected links, link expiry, collaborators, MCP access and present mode. It does not include Team, which covers circle visibility and shared seats.

Plans and payment

Publishing public artifacts is free. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings; cancelling stops future charges and leaves your artifacts in place. Prices are in USD and can change for future billing periods, with the exception of the founder grants described above.

Acceptable use

Do not use HaveTML to host malware, phishing pages, or content that is illegal where you or your readers are. Do not upload other people's work without the right to do so, attack or overload the service, or use it to harass anyone. We can remove content or close an account that breaks these rules, including a founder account.

The service as it is

HaveTML is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above says when they last changed. How we handle your data is covered separately in the privacy policy.
