Questions, answered
- Why is Pro free right now?
- The first 100 HaveTML accounts can claim Pro at $0 and keep it — no card, no trial, no expiry. Once the 100 places are claimed, Pro returns to $8/mo for everyone who signs up after, and the accounts that claimed it stay free. The founder offer terms above have the details.
- What stays free, forever?
- Publishing public artifacts, pin comments, version history, the sandbox preview and Explore. The free tier is how most people use HaveTML, and none of it is time-limited.
- What happens to my artifacts if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Links stay live and public artifacts keep working. The paid capabilities — passwords, expiry, collaborators, MCP and present mode — stop being available on new shares.
- Is Team priced per seat?
- No. Team is a flat $20/mo covering one to five seats, so a small group pays one predictable price.
- How do I change or cancel a plan?
- Through Stripe's billing portal, reachable from Settings once you're subscribed. Payment methods, invoices, upgrades and cancellations all live there.
